LIGHTGene G Eco series is a real-time PCR system for 96 samples. The innovative optic technology will provide better fluorescence. Multiplex and multicolor capabilities permit using up to five different fluorescent dyes.

Real-time PCR enables the sensitive, specific, qualitative and quantitative for nucleic acids. The principle of real-time PCR relies on the use of fluorescent dye. The amount of the nucleic acid present into the sample is quantified using the fluorescent dye or using the fluorescent labelled oligos.
